Melody Ogden, Owner and Designated Broker
Melody Ogden, Owner and President, is a licensed broker, specializing in single-family and condo property management. Ms. Ogden has worked in property management since 1990 and is experienced to handle all of your property management needs. She is an active member of the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, where she served as chairperson of the 2008 trade show committee as well as past co-chair in 2004. She has also served as a committee member of Arizona Multi-Housing's annual Tucson Golf Tournament for 10 over years.
Salina Hlivko, Vice President
Salina brings with her more than a decade of property management experience. Also licensed in real estate, she has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the property management industry. Her experience includes multi-family and single-family management, lease-up, project development, new construction, renovations, condo conversions, interior design, as well as short-term housing. Salina is successful in increasing occupancy and maximizing profitability while satisfying both resident and client expectations.
Adrian Medina, Maintenance Services
Adrian's 20 plus years of exemplary experience in property maintenance is an invaluable asset to the company. Adrian holds certifications in HVAC repair & replacement, pool/spa maintenance, mold remediation as well as fair housing. He has vast knowledge in plumbing, drywall, electrical, painting and appliance installation/repair. His hands-on experience, knowledge and customer service skills combined with his superior relationships with outside vendors enables Adrian to consistently meet or exceed yearly operating budgets.
